Overview

Peña Station NEXT is a 382-acre, transit-oriented development in Denver, Colorado, at which Panasonic Enterprise Solutions Company is both the anchor corporate tenant and lead technology partner. As the acting director of marketing and communications for Panasonic's North American smart city business, IPA Founder Peter Bronski partnered with stakeholders including landowner Denver International Airport and real estate developer LC Fulenwider on updated core messaging for the smart, sustainable community. He also partnered with utility Xcel Energy and the U.S. Department of Energy's National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL) on a joint announcement and an earned media pitching campaign to amplify Peña Station NEXT's cutting-edge, carbon-neutral district energy planning study.
